Jason Powers

At the age of 15, Jason picked up the guitar after experiencing an Eddie Van Halen solo. That served as the initial spark that continues to inspire him in his pursuit for the instrument. At the age of 21, Jason enrolled at the Atlanta Institute of Music with a concentration in theory and performance. For many years, he played and taught guitar after school. Throughout his career, he worked primarily in studios, where he had the honor of collaborating with multiple Grammy Award winners as well as prominent figures in the R&B, Jazz, Rap, and Christian music scenes in Atlanta. Jason followed his passion for production, mixing, and engineering after spending years working in studios. He was fortunate enough to work as an engineer in several Atlanta flagship studios during this time. Jason's current focus is to keep working to be the best musician he can be and to devote his time to helping others reach their musical goals.
